I applied online and received an email to have a quick chat with the hiring manager a few days later. Had a brief chat with him, and let me know that he would like to have me interview with the other team members. I received a call from HR that afternoon asking my availability and described the process with me (they usually made a decision within 24 hrs of the interview), and a back to back interview session for the following week was setup. I went through all of the video chat interviews that following week, and had the last meeting with HR in the afternoon. They informed me that they had additional interview candidates setup for the next week (this was on a Friday afternoon). I let HR know that I had a pending in-writing offer from another company that i needed to respond to by Wednesday of the following week. HR asked me (unsuccessfully) what the terms and dollar amount of the offer was; HR let me know that they would know a decision by early that following week. I sent a follow-up email the following Tuesday afternoon, politely asking about when a decision was to be made. HR informed me that they would hopefully know within the next 24 hours. As of the date I am writing this review, its been exactly 25 business days (35 calendar days) from the last decision date from the HR rep, and I have heard nothing back. I accepted the other offer shortly after the radio silence, as i felt the disregard from the company made me not want to work there anymore.
