Several rounds with product and engineering teams and then additional rounds at the executive level. There was a significant amount of shuffling in interview schedules which demonstrated a lack of respect for candidates time and the chaotic culture. From all the discussions it was clear that this role had not been properly defined and there was a lot of ambiguity and confusion on the expectations. During several of the interviews answers/responses were cut off to ask follow ups or ask different questions (feedback provided to me was my responses were not detailed and thorough as a result), and very little time left during each interview to ask questions. In addition, there was a significant amount of follow up required by me to push the process along, get feedback from the recruiter and ultimately to get a final decision communicated back to me.
