A very long process from end to end for a Mid-Senior role including an initial interview, talk with a HM, design, coding and then culture. Very thorough and indepth. Not successful so no feedback given despite asking for it which wasn't great (assumption that as soon as they say no they forget about you). Upfront about move to x3 days in the office per week.

1st stage - recruiter call.
2nd stage - call with a hiring manager where he was asking general data engineering and coding questions (observability, good coding practices, testing, CI/CD, etc)
