This was hands down the worst interview experience of my life. If you want to waste 3 months of your time and then be lied too, this is definitely the place for you!! I started to interview with CheckPoint mid December 2024. I had 2 rounds of interview within a 3 week time span between each interview. I did a total of 4 interviews spread over the course of about THREE months. My 3rd interview I was told I was given the green light and everything looked good. The last step was to meet with the director which I did and also had extremely positive feedback. During their extreme latency with lack of following up even though I reached out multiple times for feedback for a role they claimed was urgently needed - I finally heard something back and was told that I was still in que towards the end of February. I did follow up after that and heard nothing back until today. I was told that they went “internal” and I was no longer in consideration which was a complete lie. They did not go internal. They went with an external candidate from TD. I saw it on LinkedIN. The recruiter for this position also changed around 3x. Not only do they lie to their candidates but they seem to have awful internal processes. Red Flags all around.
