This was my hiring process for the Automation Solutions Engineer Student position (the job wasn't listed above). Initially, after sending my CV, I received a call from the HR representative regarding a different position since the one I had applied for had already been filled. I was asked to take a coding test on Codility, which consisted of three questions similar to the ones mentioned previously. Fortunately, I was able to pass the test, and as a result, I proceeded to the second interview with the team leader. During the second interview, I was presented with a relatively straightforward coding question: merging two sorted linked lists into one big linked list without duplications. Despite the simplicity of the question, I must admit that I felt quite a bit of pressure during the interview. Unfortunately, I didn't have a positive experience with the interviewer. I perceived a sense of patronization, and I felt like I wasn't given a fair chance to demonstrate my abilities. Additionally, I didn't feel comfortable in the situation, and it seemed that the interviewer lacked experience in conducting interviews. During the interview, we also discussed my projects and experiences from my studies, but I couldn't shake the feeling of being inadequate in that particular environment. Ultimately, I received a call stating that I didn't pass the interview. I want to acknowledge that the HR team was very kind and understanding throughout the process, and their offer to apply again in the future is appreciated.
