Relatively straightforward interview process. Started in the morning and continued for the entire day, which seems unnecessary. Day began with a presentation about the company. Followed by a group exercise. Candidates were split into teams and had to assemble a lego project together. Yes, you read that correctly. Lego. Followed by a written technical test concerning networking and firewalls. This test was easy, as you are provided with an additional sheet that practically gives you the answers. By this point it is lunch time. Free pizza lunch. About half of the candidates are told to go home after lunch. I assume they failed to perform adequately on the written test. Technical interview is conducted, as well as a more HR type interview. Also a practical test concerning firewalls and firewall rules. Information is provided so you can navigate the proprietary firewall management software. Not very difficult.

HR interview contained the usual type of questions: Where do you see yourself in five years? Why do you want to work here? Tell us about your background. And so on.
Technical interview was literally a list of questions. Interviews write down your answers and 'grade' you. Questions concerned linux and windows commands (ie. command line), networking (subnetting, SSL, What is an IP address, etc.)

Entrevista
Recruiting Hell. Went through 5 rounds of interviews (1 from the SE leader, 1 TA interview, 1 from SE Director, 1 from Country Manager and then a final Panel Interview), took the SE assessment exam twice, and completed a sales aptitude test - All these mentioned lasted for 2 months, Went through all that ordeal only to be stalled for 2 more weeks, then hit a hiring freeze, and completely ghosted afterwards. Recruiting hell + tough fate indeed.
