The interview was quite easy. I went trough 3 interview meetings with the management. The first one I was told what is the job about and they checked my language skills. Next meeting was with the manager of the department and it took 30 min. It was kind of free conversation, he wanted to check if I have the right motivation and skills. After that interview I was told that I will have another meeting with other manager, at this meeting I was already present the position.

First a screening via phone with HR. Basic questions, going through the role and my CV, nothing out of the ordinary. Next step was a video call with the head of department. More challenging questions about my background/career choices and skills. Not so much questions about future / how I would apply skills in this role. Told they would get back to me within two weeks, but they never did.

1. HR from Israel will call you and ask you some general questions such as why you want to apply for this role etc.
2. Second interview with 2 managers mainly ask about behavioural questions and why you want to be in sales. One of the manager was nice but the other one was a bit cocky. I knew instantly I don’t want to work under that particular manager.
