What healthcare trend have you been keeping up with?
The interview process included 2 rounds of virtual interviews followed by an in-person interview round. The first 2 rounds were a behavioral interview and then a case interview. The in-person round was a series of 3 45-minute interviews including case and behavioral.

Tell us about a time you solved a problem in a team setting
You will have case interviews and behavioral interviews. Make sure to properly prepare for the case interviews using whatever sort of online resources you can find. Feel free to also reach out to Chartis people to ask about the process. In terms of the behavioral interview, make sure you can describe the how different experiences (professional, extracurricular, academic) have shaped you. Show you are a reflective who has takeaways from your experiences.
