Phone call with the recruiter and then a video interview with the hiring manager. Phone interview was very through. My negative experience is due to receiving zero feedback at the end of the process. I had followed up with the recruiter one time. She said she was having an update meeting with the hiring manager in a couple of days and would get back to me at the end of the week. I heard nothing. If you have taken the time to interview, I don't understand why this is acceptable. It would literally take under a minute to have sent me an update text or email saying they were going in another direction. Communication is key. Hopefully this was simply an oversight and not the way they operate.
