A recruiter reached out to me and mostly told me about the company and position, with very few questions about myself and we scheduled an interview in their Virginia office for the following week. The interview was 3:1 and the ladies seemed very nice. Ultimately, I decided I wasn't comfortable with the job expectations and believed they could find someone more well suited for the role. It was hard to ignore the negative reviews on Glassdoor.
