The process was quick and transparent. I was able to schedule an interview quickly and the process took about a week. I interviewed directly with the hiring manager who seems wonderful. She asked thoughtful and engaging questions and gave me a positive perception of the company. While I was disappointed that I did not receive an offer, the hiring manager kindly offered her time for a feedback interview and gave helpful, concrete advice. This company is growing rapidly and they are looking for specific skills to aid in that growth. They are looking for candidates with enough experience to hit the ground running--something to keep in mind when applying for this role.
