      Went through 3 interviews and then a live demo presentation of using linkedin recruiter to source. Then they never contacted me with any updates after the fact! not even a decline email. Wasted my time and energy and didn't have the decency to even get back to me. Rethink this process, not a good candidate experience!

      I was referred to an open role on the technical recruiting team. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ENGAGING WITH THIS COMPANY OR THEIR TEAM MEMBERS. I went through the entire interview process - initial interview with the team, take a IQ test (you must "pass" this test), live sourcing challenge, final interviews, reference checks then offers. All the negative reviews on glassdoor made me want to pull out of the process. I didn't want to go through with reference checks after they shared what the salary would look like (140k - 150k) but they insisted. They made it seem like the salary was negotiable. I caved in and let them run though the background check. The talent team told me to send them an email with what I'm targeting for total compensation .... they didn't get back to me two weeks later just to say "oh, we decided to move forward with another candidate". At this point, I've already had a couple of "sell" calls from the team. Why waste my time. The recruiter for this role was terrible - she didn't keep me posted and didn't even try to pitch the company to me. My would be manager ended up getting promoted after being out of office several times throughout my interview process. This team is unprofessional overall. Why would you have several comp calls with me just to reject me without reason? This company barely offers PTO (less than 2 weeks, they have trackers on your laptop to see what you're doing, leadership team was filled with micromanagers but apparently it's changing). All the red flags on this glassdoor page, don't take it with a grain of salt. They also have a bad habit of back channeling and reaching out to existing people at your current employers. I thought the whole point of candidate confidentiality is to job hunt quietly and leave your employer on good terms. Some of my references told me charlie health never reached out to them either. Those who did get a call from the team basically said some rando reached out to them - not the people who I've been working with. The recruiting team works on a points system. Every quarter, you need to hire X amount of people. Those hires are worth certain points. IF you didn't collect enough points, you'll be put on a PIP. I spoke with a recruiter about this and he said he was put on a PIP a few times and had to work his way out of the PIP. This sounds like a toxic environment. At this point, you're just putting bodies in seats and not actually thinking about how can we scale efficiently .... in a sustainable manner.

      The video interview is recorded and it is a 15 minute screen with a recruiter. The interview was average. The questions were very focused on sourcing volume. After the first screening, they ask you to take a logic assessment (Raven).
