There was one intro interview, followed by a second interview with 2 case study questions. It also entailed asking about my experience and what is "frustrating about my current job". I received no feedback on the case study answers, but was given a follow-up "thanks anyway" email with no explanation the following business day.

After six interviews and two months invested in this process, I must express that a decision this prolonged feels inconsistent with the expectations of a professional hiring timeline. While I value professionalism and respect the opportunity to engage with your team, I believe that decisions of this nature should ideally be communicated much earlier in the process.
