The process was well-structured and efficient, with clear communication at each stage. I particularly appreciated the quick turnaround, as the results were shared immediately after the interviews. The aptitude round focused on logical reasoning and problem-solving skills. The technical round assessed my understanding of APIs, integrations, and real-world troubleshooting scenarios relevant to the role. The final team round was more conversational and evaluated cultural fit, communication skills, and my approach to customer problem-solving. Overall, the experience was smooth, organized, and transparent. The interviewers were friendly and gave me ample opportunity to explain my thought process and past experiences. Update on linkedin about the application. Then ssetup the first call to understand my experience and last drawn CTC. I got ghosted and absolutely clueless about the next steps. I had to follow up multiple times to understand where in the process. One of the worst experience one could have. If you want to be successful, just respect the employee time as well. I had attended the Interview finally and then got ghosted again. No feedback, No rejection mail nothing. If some looks at this, please take of candidate experience which is really crucial part for any organisation. Of course, I’ve multiple offers now which i would choose from.
