I was interviewed at charge point Gurgaon location. Interview Process was good, they asked for taking the day off and took all rounds of interview in just one day. Though it took around 6-7 hours including 4-5 rounds of discussion and office tour. After everything, finally HR person came to negotiation. I have mentioned the same expectations that I had already mentioned multiple times before to different other people in company, including HR. I am not sure how, but after this much amount and time and energy wasting at my end the HR got to realize that, my expectations are above their budget. That was really frustrating and more disappointing thing was that they knew it before hand but then too they wasted my time as well as theirs.
