The interview process was great, and went fairly fast. Scott was my recruiter and he was awesome and very knowledgeable. One of the best interview processes I have done! My first interview was a phone interview with Scott. The second part of the interview I spoke with the Dean of Faculty. She shared a lot about the position and then asked me to share my background and experience. She was really nice, personable and made me feel like this was a place that I would want to work. They care about their students and really want them to be successful. I am a passionate educator and it’s nice to work for a school that is passionate about their students and their success.

I first had an interview on MS Teams with the departmental head. I was then invited to an onsite interview. During the onsite interview, I was given a tour of the campus. The departmental leader that gave me the tour was very kind and welcoming.
