      Entrevista

      I met with the HR recruiter > hiring manager > panel > culture keeper. All of the rounds were behavioral, asking "tell me about a time" questions w/ the occasional scenario-based question or personal inquiry to judge personality. The culture keeper round was abysmal to say the least, however. After successfully completing all prior rounds and being the top candidate, the final round w/ the culture keeper was apparently a new process to assess culture fit. They asked the similar behavioral questions as prior rounds, but were apparently looking for a specific answer style (STAR) which I didn't know until the interview began. None of the candidates passed the culture keeper, and they had to restart the hiring process. The hiring manager and all of the business partners were furious, but it was apparently out of their hands given the culture keeper. I hope they truly reconsider that round to be placed earlier and weighted to better calibrate candidates, otherwise it's a massive waste of time and resources notwithstanding being too restrictive. All the candidates who didn't pass the culture keeper round are now also blacklisted from applying to future roles.

      First interview with Recruiter Second interview with Hiring Manager Third was Panel interview with counterparts Fourth was a Panel interview with leadership. It was a very thorough interview process. They were all prompt, respectful of the time, and ver professional.

      Took a few months with very little communication in between next steps. Ultimately they brought me in to the HQ to interview with 8 people over a 9 hour period. Ended in no communication at all after the interview, pretty disappointing experience.
