Spoke to HR first, then had a 2 question 1 hour Hackerrank test (which I completed in 15 minutes). Then proceeded to a 1 hour interview with the tech lead of the team I would be joining. He came to the interview totally unprepared, arriving with my CV in hand, asking me for "a few minutes to read through my CV because HR had scheduled him for too many interviews today". After quickly glancing over my previous startup experience and more recent blockchain programming projects, he continued "so I usually ask candidates about their previous projects in these, but since you have none, we can just chat for an hour. Please ask me anything."
