moderate- 3 step interview. via video meeting, approachable, and appear to be driving towards their mission. they also had a cultural interview which was interesting. they appeared knowledgeable and interested in finding a candidate that aligns with their mission
It was very smooth and relaxed setting. The interviewee was super friendly and the questions are all valid questions. They have two step interview processes and the first one being general and the second one with clinical questions.
