Have a group interview m get call from a manager from a department thats interested in bringing you into they're department , set up a one-on-one , then get hired

It took around a month to get an interview after applying online. It starts out with a group interview with a room of around 20 people with a board of 3 to 4 hiring managers. If you do well, you will wait in that room while different hiring managers pick off groups or individuals in that room to tell them if they are being sent home or if they will move on to the solo interview. I waited for 20 minutes before I was sent to my solo interview. Solo interview went great, the managers are very kind. The entire process lasted around 2 hours. It was very draining but everyone was very kind.
