I received a phone call from one of the dietitians 2 days after applying to the position on Indeed and their website. I scheduled 1 interview with the bariatric team based on our availability. Two days after the interview, I received another call from the bariatric dietitian. She asked if I was willing to consider accepting the position and receive an offer letter from HR (this was the way she did it to ensure she reached out before another company did first). Once I agreed, HR called 2 days later to present me with the offer (on a Friday). I negotiated the offer, received it in writing, and reviewed it over the weekend. Total timespan was 9 business days.
