Simple with limited questions about skills and abilities. The whole process took about 45 minutes and offered very little challenge. I was able to answer the basic questions without much experience and get the position over more qualified people due to my relationship with manager.

I was hired as a hourly employee and never really had an interview. The most formal thing I went to for an interview was when I was flown in to meet with our former CEO and that was more of an hour long talk about what I have been doing with the company and what I would like to do in the future.
