The whole process took about 3-4 months. I first submitted an application online (no references), and a couple of weeks later, I was invited to do a writing assignment. The writing assignment was pretty standard and only took a couple of hours to do. After a couple of weeks, I had not heard from the team, so I reached out. After a couple of more days, I was invited to an interview with two staff members. The interview was pretty standard, and no shocking questions were asked (I also loved the interviewers!). After another couple of weeks of not hearing from the team, I reached out again. In their response, I was told I would not make it to the final round but that I was a top candidate. Overall, besides the lengthy delays in updates, I thought the process was typical, and the staff was so sweet.
