Applied online. This must have been my 25 submission to Centene. I believe I only got an interview this time because the job was only posted for 3 hours on a Friday evening. So while there were better jobs that match my skills, I never got interviewed for those for whatever reason. I received only a screening interview for a project manager for ServiceNow. They didn’t care about experience or skills. They just wanted someone that PM ServiceNow. So I thought the job description wasn’t as accurate as it could have been. I never heard back in writing or by phone if I would proceed. After weeks I just assumed that I didn’t get the position.

The first round of the interview was submitting video answers to a series of questions about the role specifically and more general industry knowledge. Due to COVID precautions, the next round of the interview was handled via Zoom with video, but by this point I think everyone's pretty comfortable with the process of a video call. Overall, I appreciated the ability to interview remotely while still getting a sense of things like body language, reactions, etc.
