The interview process was smooth and reassuring because they let me know what to expect from the beginning. After a phone call screening (very transparent and upfront with requirements, salary, and benefits!) I scheduled my first interview with the manager. It was a calm interview, which later followed by the second and final interview with the team and collaborative departments. I recieved my offer the next day.

Submitted my resume about 2 weeks prior to being contacted. Confirmed my interview on a Monday and actual interview took place the following Thursday. Interviewed by a panel of 4 people, entire marketing team. Questions were on a form that they had to fill out and they admitted that they did not determine the questions and that they were preset by corporate. Interview lasted just under an hour and felt fluid. No offer as this review. Feel positive.
