      Thank you for taking the time to share your experience regarding the interview process for our Senior Data Engineer position. We strive to maintain a transparent and respectful interview process and regret to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We appreciate your effort in participating through the various stages of our interview process. Regarding our final on-site interview, we understand your concerns about the lack of technical questions, however technical skills and suitability of candidates are rigorously assessed during the initial stages of our hiring process, which include a technical challenge and a technical interview. These stages are designed to evaluate in-depth technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities. By the time candidates reach the final interview, our focus shifts towards assessing cultural fit, communication skills, and other professional attributes that are crucial for the role. Therefore, the final interview typically involves fewer technical questions and more discussion around professional experiences and alignment with our company values. We take your feedback seriously and we always strive to actively improve our communication to ensure candidates have a clear understanding of each part of the hiring process. Regarding the decision not to extend an offer, we would like to clarify that it was based on a comprehensive evaluation against our standards for the role, the overall assessment concluded that the fit did not meet our full criteria requirements at this time. We understand this can be disappointing and although we determined that there wasn't a sufficient match to extend an offer this time, we sincerely appreciate the effort you brought to each stage of the interview.
