      Entrevista

      I completed four rounds of interviews, including an on-site session. First, I must commend the organization of the interviews, the prompt responses, and the overall positive atmosphere maintained throughout the process. The interviews were challenging, with a focus on both technical and behavioral/situational questions, many around conflict resolution and managing difficult clients and stakeholders. It was necessary to come prepared with numerous real-life examples for various scenarios. However, I found it somewhat frustrating that similar questions were repeated in different forms across multiple interviews, resulting in redundant answers. Unfortunately, my positive impression was clouded by the final feedback, or lack thereof. While it is understandable to reject a candidate, after four intense rounds and considerable time and effort, I was hoping for more than a generic response. A reason, a brief explanation, or constructive feedback would have been appreciated. Despite the implicit request for feedback, I received no response, which I found disappointing and unprofessional. In conclusion, while I appreciated the opportunity to interview for the position, I believe there are areas where the interview process and communication with candidates could be improved to ensure a more positive experience.

We acknowledge your concerns regarding the repetition of similar questions across multiple rounds, the reason we do this is to ensure there is consistency in assessment, reliability checking and to evaluate depth of understanding. Each member of the hiring panel has an opportunity to assess the same values, skills and experiences conveyed by the candidate. However this feedback is valuable as it helps us refine our interview process to ensure that each stage is distinct and valuable . Regarding the final feedback, we understand your disappointment in receiving a generic response after investing time and effort into the interview process. We aim to provide personalized and constructive feedback to all candidates, and we apologize if we fell short of this commitment or did not meet the level of detail that would have been preferred by yourself. During final interview rounds for this role we were introduced to exceptionally strong yet diverse individuals who all offered a unique skillset and the decision was equally difficult from an employer perspective.
