Inevitably most of the reviews on here are negative. That's the nature of life! I had an assessment day with Celsius a few weeks ago.
I was actually an unsuccessful candidate on the day. I got through a few cut off points, but was let go after the interview stage later in the day. It was my first stab at job interviews after graduating, so was a big learning curve. I was given really useful advice from the director running the day and I will use a lot of it as I strive to find a job in the coming weeks.
I have found some of the criticism on here bizarre! 'They force you to come to an assessment centre' - do you actually want a job?!! Ridiculous! 'They force you to recommend two friends' - if your friend might be interested in a job, why wouldn't you put their name down? Recommending a friend is a standard business practice in any company / sector. Get real.
I will be using what I learnt and would recommend Celsius.

Phone interview was pretty standard, she just asked basic questions. They sent me through to the next round (Assesment day).
This is where I would tell people to avoid!! They make offers with unverifiable claims "we have more jobs than graduates", "this is your time to get a job". Just keep your eyes open and don't get suckered in too quickly.

The assessment day is a scam, well for any normal graduate. Basically, the peope that happened to be most successful were the ones that shouted and tried to always be in control. The interview process mirrored "the apprentice" and if you are not the team leader or a leader (or are super hot*) then you are going home... They want either loud people or hot women* ( the 2 hot girls did sweet f a, but still went through); if that's you go for it. If not, stay away.
I pretty much guarantee they know who they want before you even walk in. To be fair to them, the location was amazing but guess what? you won't be working there.
