Inevitably most of the reviews on here are negative. That's the nature of life! I had an assessment day with Celsius a few weeks ago. I was actually an unsuccessful candidate on the day. I got through a few cut off points, but was let go after the interview stage later in the day. It was my first stab at job interviews after graduating, so was a big learning curve. I was given really useful advice from the director running the day and I will use a lot of it as I strive to find a job in the coming weeks. I have found some of the criticism on here bizarre! 'They force you to come to an assessment centre' - do you actually want a job?!! Ridiculous! 'They force you to recommend two friends' - if your friend might be interested in a job, why wouldn't you put their name down? Recommending a friend is a standard business practice in any company / sector. Get real. I will be using what I learnt and would recommend Celsius.

Phone interview was pretty standard, she just asked basic questions. They sent me through to the next round (Assesment day). This is where I would tell people to avoid!! They make offers with unverifiable claims "we have more jobs than graduates", "this is your time to get a job". Just keep your eyes open and don't get suckered in too quickly.
