1) Call with Talent Acquisition Specialist 2) Call with a team member 3) Challenge - You are given a task that is related to your position and a week to prepare. Then you present (approx. 30 mins) in a 1.5 hour long interview with the Hiring Manager. 4) Call with an Executive Manager I made it to the first 3 steps, everyone I met were very friendly and kind. They were very informative, supportive and proactive. The challenge interview was definitely the most difficult interview experience I have ever had but I think it's really useful for both parties as you get to have an insight into what you would exactly do if you were to get hired and they get to see your capabilities better. It's important to be well-prepared and know what you want for your career well, have a direction.
