I only write this to pinpoint the attitude I came across despite the fact that I clearly did not well in the interview. It was more of a generic talk with a Romanian and a Moldavian developer on theory, which I failed badly since I had just returned from a trip and had very little sleep. What bothered me was not the failure but the specific interviewers attitude who in a totally unprofessional manor started mocking me. This very fact is, to me, indicative of the internal situation and attitude of the specific company since rejecting someone who does not live up to some standards you have set is totally understandable but mocking him is unacceptable. In short, if this is how these getlemen behave to someone they have to talk for less than an hour I can very much imagine how they would treat a junior member of the dev team in the case they feel that he does not align with their "expertise" standards.

The pre screening is about motivation and team fit, it is done in the phone. The interview process is about technical questions and HR questions. The process was smooth, respectful and interesting. The technical interview was challenging but rewarding and a good experience.
