Phone interview. I spoke to a very unenthusiastic recruiter. The recruiter seemed bored and like he didn’t really want to take the time to talk to me. The only thing he asked me was about my background and why I applied to the position. When I asked questions about the role and the team, the recruiter couldn’t tell me much. I asked the recruiter why he liked working at Cavignac and about the company culture. Instead of giving a response, I was told to look at Glassdoor reviews. I was pretty disappointed with the recruiters attitude. I felt like I wasted my time.
