The initial interview was great. The nurse recruiter actually sat down and got to know me. It was more like a conversation. The second interview was absolutely horrible. I met with the nurse manager. She interviewed me in her office in the middle of a busy unit with the door opened. Panel members kept going in and out of a tight little office. She never made eye contact with me (even at the start of the interview). She never let me finish my answers to questions she'd ask. She seemed like she was interviewing me for formality but had already hired someone. She never told me follow up steps.

The hiring manager was very late (and then proceed to blame me saying I was too early even though the interview was rescheduled to accomodate her meeting), she answered phone call during the interview, kept repeating questions, she said I didn't have enough experience (which is fine, but I wish she looked at my resume beforehand instead of wasting my time), she kept boosting how great the hospital is, but asked me very little about myself and my clinical experience. In conclusion she didn't seem interested at all.
