To cap it - probably the worst experience I have had and if it wasn’t for the bad job market I wouldn’t have interviewed all the way through. Recruiting team - 0 people skills. I had reached out to the hiring manager on LinkedIn and then received a random call 4 weeks later from the recruiter. For each round I progressed through, they directly gave me a set time to show up for the interview. There were 3 rounds - 1 with hiring manager, 2 with peers and 1 with senior director al scheduled in the same manner. There was a gap of 4 weeks between scheduling each round. After the final round there was dead silence for a month, and then I got a reject email. If you are progressing a candidate to the final round, atleast have some empathy to provide proper feedback. Horrendous experience and my worst in my 10+ years of career. I don’t recommend anyone to apply and neither will I ever in the future.
