Process was easy and quick. I applied and received a call from them in couple of days. First interview was with HR, who basically wanted to know what your expectations are and what you are earning. This I believe is unfair in many ways. As they should only discuss total range and see if the pay range is within the bounds or outside the bounds. Over all, the HR team member was were very responsive and helpful during the process. This helped a lot during the process.
