Entrevista
During my internship I had the opportunity to have three one day interview. I applied online (people not in the internship can apply the same way). I traveled to Peoria and had interviews with three different hiring managers. It was all the basic behavioral questions. To my understanding, that is how all of their interviews are.

They use the STAR interview processs. Situation, task, analysis and results of specific examples. You will need to come up with very specific examples and how they turned out. Google the process will help a lot
