Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 8 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en Caterpillar (East Peoria, IL) en nov 2014
Entrevista
Interview was based on STAR Method, Situation, Task, Accomplishments, Resolution. Have to talk like a robot and answer their questions going over each of the four letters in STAR. There is a group of people, usually 3 people that will interview you. Each of them takes turns asking questions, just to make them feel like they are all participating in the hiring process. If you pass the questions and they like you as a person, you might get an offer. If you do bad and they don't like you, you don't even get a phone call to tell you that you suck. You usually end up calling them and asking and they tell you you suck later.
