I initially applied for the Supply Chain graduate scheme in Stafford but received a call from HR saying that scheme has closed but the Purchasing one in Peterborough is still open so I went for it. Online application in December followed by online tests Telephone interview AC in March Fairly good. Assessors were very nice and understanding. The AC was very relaxed. Group task to build a building structure, interviews - strength based questions mostly and one purchasing specific question and lastly a 5 - minute presentation. You need to show your character as well as enthusiasm for the company and a strong interest in the literature of the relevant field
