I applied in December and interviewed with an external recruiter in late January. I was asked standard questions, and the recruiter was informative about the role. I was informed the next week that I would be talking with several other employees about the role, but that was delayed for one full month. I spoke to another contractor who works with the organization but is listed on the website as an employee. She did not know the organization's strategy. After one more month, the organization told me they selected someone else. All felt disjointed and unorganized, and everything took about three months. I think they are growing so fast (10 pivotal positions at once) that they have not implemented proper recruitment process.
