The interview process started on-campus at a career fair. I basically met them at a booth, and asked about the GOLD program. I went back two days in a row so they'd get accustom to seeing my face. They contacted me late one evening and told me to come in for an interview the next morning. After the interview I was contacted a week later.

First screening interview with Humans Resources representative, then two rounds of behavioral interviews 45 minutes each with current employees. Questions weren't too hard or technical, mostly behavioral to see what your personality/fit for the company
