Two Skype Interviews. Submitted 30-60-90 Day Plan. Offer Letter. First interview with hiring manager was the one with the toughest questions. Second was with a peer of his to ensure that they did not see any red flags that he might have missed.

All on Skype. It was very strange as the manager talked about himself the whole time and then the president only provided a picture of himself so you were talking to a picture.

Very Quick, Phone Interview, Skype- Hired! Very easy interview questions. Laid back hiring manager that knew exactly what he was looking for. They were looking for self-starter candidates who are ready to hit the field. The commission structure is AMAZING! The managing staff is awesome! The CEO is like no other!
