I went through a 4 part interview. step 1 was an 'over the phone' pre-screen. Step 2 was meeting with the office manager. Step 3 was meeting with the office managers' manager. Step 4 was meeting with the president of the company. Even though it was a lot, I appreciated it and I learned a lot about the company. They did not judge me for not yet having my degree, but considered that I was perusing my degree as it was related to the job i was applying for.
