I worked with an outside recruiter who got me an interview with two stakeholders and the manager. I got hired about a week after the interview. The drug test and background check were through the recruitment company. I was told CaseMax does not require drug tests. The hiring manager was very nice and well spoken. She asked most of the questions and the stakeholders had a few here and there.
