I interviewed with an Assistant Boutique Manager first then was called for a second interview with a Boutique Manager. The interview questions were more about to get to know the applicant rather than to test them on knowledge, skills, or past work experiences.

Difficult interview process. The supervisors were extremely condescending and catty. One of the supervisors ignored my answers while frequently checking her phone. I have never felt more disrespected. Whether a candidate is the right fit or not, they should be treated with respect. I should also point out the lack of diversity among the sales associates at the main entrance. This was an immediate red flag, especially for a NYC flagship store.
