I applied online (you have to apply online) and they called me maybe 3 days later for an interview?
overall this took about 2 weeks because I did the interview swiftly but since you're working with kids you have to do a background check to make sure you're not some pedophile or anything! The background check is what took forever.

What qualifications do you have to work at Carters?
Interview was good and recieved a call back next day, was shared around the store, and asked questions about customer service. This is great place to work for college students or a second job, as it is part time hours.
The process was not too long, with a screening interview by phone and an interview in-person with the store manager. They need to know about your communication skills and sales experiences.

Super chill and asked relevant questions to the job, its a one on one conversation and ask a lot of questions about you as a person. Dont stress too hard and just be yourself.
