There is one in person interview one on one with the store manager of the location. It’s onsite and pretty laidback just be nice and be yourself. It’s fairly easy they just want to know any experience you have, in my case I didn’t have any retail experience and I was hired.

Describe a time you received great customer service.
Interview was good and recieved a call back next day, was shared around the store, and asked questions about customer service. This is great place to work for college students or a second job, as it is part time hours.
The process was not too long, with a screening interview by phone and an interview in-person with the store manager. They need to know about your communication skills and sales experiences.

Super chill and asked relevant questions to the job, its a one on one conversation and ask a lot of questions about you as a person. Dont stress too hard and just be yourself.
