Applied online and got a call the next day for an interview. The interview was simple and lasted about 20 mins at the most. It started with simple questions and ended with behavioral questions. A few days after the interview I recieved an email saying I didnt get the job because I did not have retail experience.

Tell me about a time when you showed great customer service.
Interview was good and recieved a call back next day, was shared around the store, and asked questions about customer service. This is great place to work for college students or a second job, as it is part time hours.
The process was not too long, with a screening interview by phone and an interview in-person with the store manager. They need to know about your communication skills and sales experiences.

Super chill and asked relevant questions to the job, its a one on one conversation and ask a lot of questions about you as a person. Dont stress too hard and just be yourself.
