Multiple interviews with multiple people, from mid-level to senior management; time consuming. No panels. They did accommodate me by arranging several phone interviews so that I did not have to jepoardize my current role to come in to their office too many times. Everyone but the director of HR was very friendly and quite candid. She was standoffish and rude.
