The process took about 5 weeks. I went through 4 interviews. 2 interviews with a store manager, 1 interview with a district manager, and then 1 interview with HR. The interviews weren't too difficult, just a lot of behavioral questions.

Tell me a time when you had two employees not get along, what was the situation, what was the outcome?
Discuss a situation when you drove sales for the business, what did you do, how did you do it?
Name a time when your schedule was suddenly abrupted?

Interview with the Store manager first, if you pass you will then interview with the District Manager. It’s a possibility that another store manager may interview you as well, before the District manager .It’s a pretty straight forth interview process. If you are the chosen one, they will call to make you an offer.

Entrevista
It was a super fun relaxed interview, they were very transparent, and answered all questions I had. They also made you feel very comfortable like you're just chatting with a friend.
