Interviewed with multiple departments (Area Supervisors, Shipping crew, Finance Team, Human Resources, Procurement, Engineering) over a course of several hours and was provided a tour of the manufacturing plant. Interviews were held by different department head in a panel style.

How do you ensure that you stay organized and efficient when working under pressure?
Very easy communication style and questions were very straight forward. I felt as if I could be myself and it made a huge difference in the interview process. I highly recommend interviewing with Carrier.
