I applied online and was contacted a few days later by a recruiter to set up an interview. I had to do a video interview with her which I thought was a bit much since this was just your basic interview to go over your job history, what you're looking for in your next job, and your desired compensation. That shouldn't have to be done via video; it can be a phone conversation.
At the end of the interview she said she would contact me and let me know whether or not I'd be moving forward in the process or not. However, I never received any communication after the interview. Ghosting a candidate is completely unacceptable; it's common courtesy to let a candidate know they won't be moving forward.
